Egg Farmers of Canada recognized as one of Ottawa’s Top Employers for Seven Years Running

OTTAWA, January 30, 2019 – Egg Farmers of Canada is honoured to be named as one of the National Capital Region’s Top Employers for the seventh consecutive year. This award recognizes employers in the Ottawa-Gatineau region that are considered to be exceptional workplaces.

Egg Farmers of Canada earned a score of 90% in a recent staff engagement survey, positioning them in the top quartile when benchmarked against industry standards. The engagement survey confirmed the vast majority of their staff are proud to tell others they work for Egg Farmers of Canada. Among other findings, top drivers of employee engagement include a clear vision communicated across the organization, and opportunities for professional growth and performance feedback. The survey results also revealed a strong sense of team spirit at Egg Farmers of Canada and high degree of collaboration.
